Terms & Conditions

1. General Agreement

By booking and staying at Dalton House, guests agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in penalties, additional charges, or denial of future bookings.

2. Reservations & Payment

All bookings must be secured with full payment or as per the agreed deposit policy. Rates are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Our Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. Please review it carefully before confirming your stay. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases and at the discretion of management.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: From 2:00 pm onwards | Check-out time: Before 11:00 am.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Children & Supervision

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Any damages caused by children or other guests will be charged accordingly, with an additional 20% markup on the replacement or repair costs.

6. Loss, Damage & Liability

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required due to their stay. Charges will be applied accordingly.

Personal Belongings: Dalton House is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings within or outside the property boundaries.

Security Measures: For added security, external CCTV cameras and perimeter laser beams monitor the property 24/7.

7. Conduct & Noise Policy

Dalton House is a tranquil retreat; excessive noise and disruptive behaviour are prohibited. Guests must respect fellow visitors and neighbours. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.

8. Smoking & Pets

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas may be provided. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.

9. Force Majeure

Dalton House is not responsible for unforeseen events such as natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect your stay. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Legal & Chargebacks

Any unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in legal action. Guests initiating unjustified chargebacks may be blacklisted from future bookings.

Dalton House reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
