At Dalton House, we strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To ensure a respectful and comfortable environment, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

1. Parties & Events

No parties or large gatherings are permitted unless pre-arranged with our catering and events team. Any unauthorized parties may result in immediate eviction without a refund and additional charges for damages or excessive cleaning.

2. Quiet Hours

Please respect the tranquil atmosphere by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Loud music is strictly prohibited during these hours to ensure all guests enjoy a restful stay.

3. Visitors & Security

No unauthorized visitors are allowed on the property. Any unregistered person will be considered a trespasser and may be reported to security or local authorities. If you would like to invite visitors, please seek prior approval from the Host or House Manager.

4. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Ashtrays are provided on all outdoor patios for your convenience. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

5. Property Care & Damages

Guests are expected to treat Dalton House with care and respect. Any damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest, including a 20% service fee on replacement or repair costs.

6. Kitchen & Dining

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but must clean up after themselves. Food waste should be disposed of properly to avoid attracting pests.

7. Pets

No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

8. Check-Out Responsibility

Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use and upon departure. Double-check that all personal belongings are accounted for before checking out.

9. Liability & Compliance

Dalton House is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure valuables.

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional charges, eviction, or legal action if necessary.
