All cancellations are non-refundable; however, the full value of your booking may be credited toward a future stay, subject to availability and rate adjustments.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances such as severe illness, injury, or death. A valid medical certificate or official documentation will be required.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks on confirmed bookings will be regarded as a violation of our terms and may result in legal action.

Guests who initiate chargebacks without valid cause will be blacklisted and restricted from making future reservations at Dalton House.
